How it works:  First we arrange a mutually convenient time, day or evening, when we are both online. When requested to do so, you click on the Help Me button below. This will download a small file and enable the Technician to operate your computer by remote control, using advanced technology developed for the aerospace industry.

During the repair session, you can chat to the Technician and watch the progress.
